  • Admitted to practice before the US Supreme Court, the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the Federal District Court for Eastern Pennsylvania and the Courts of Pennsylvania.
  • Graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and Rutgers School of Law
  • Active in the Community, Judge McMaster served as President of the Bensalem School Board as well as a board member of the Bucks County IU #22, and Bucks County Technical School. He also served on the Delaware Valley Regional Finance Authority and is active with the James Michener Art Museum.
