You can contribute by check or money order by printing and completing the
Contribution Mail-In Form, and returning it along with your check or
money order (do not send cash) to the address listed on the form.

NOTE: Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view and print the Contribution Mail-In Form.

Pennsylvania law requires political committees to use their best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, name of employer, date and amount donated from contributors.
